Our villas have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is upstairs and features a king-size bed, a full bathroom and private spaces to relax. The second bedroom is on the ground floor, with a separate entrance, a full bathroom and two twin beds. It can also work well as a guest room or private home office.

Depending on your needs and availability, the villas may be arranged for one or two bedroom rentals. The ground floor includes a living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a half bathroom for guests. Both bedrooms, the living room and the dining area have air conditioning. The villas also offer high speed internet and practical spaces for professionals, executives, couples and digital nomads looking to live and work remotely.

Each villa has a small private plunge pool for cooling off on warm days, as well as three private terraces. The community also has shared swimming pools, private parking and the peaceful atmosphere Bahía Príncipe is known for. The public beach is across the bridge over the Federal Highway: it is less than a five-minute drive, and can also be reached on foot or by bicycle.

The community offers a professional golf course, restaurants, a gym and a small market for everyday essentials. The golf course and gym have additional fees. The villas are approximately 20 minutes from Tulum, 20 minutes from Puerto Aventuras and 35 minutes from Playa del Carmen.
